do not open another instance of the player

I am using both v0.16.0 and v1.0.0-beta4 simultaneously. Completely same settings.

I am able to open any content without closing active mpv window on v0.16.0 but beta version starts a new instance of mpv everytime.

Using mpv on scoop's official repos.
