Simple remote control support on http

Simple remote control support on HTTP.

The only support is live streams for now.

  • squirrelly added for the template engine.
  • Remote control and port settings were added to the settings page.
  • basic index html template added.
  • A simple HTTP server and routing mechanism were added.

Thanks. I am working now favorites for Xtream live channels. Maybe check after this.
