All global favorites are removed after updating an online M3U playlist

Describe the bug All favorites are gone after an update of any m3u/m3u8 url playlist, either by clicking the refresh button next to the list or by automatic update at program start.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open app with any m3u list chosen to auto update, or simply update any m3u url playlist.
2. Go to 'Global Favorites'
3. Error: All starred channels are gone., they are also gone from the specific list(s).

Expected behavior Keep my marked favorites even after an M3U list update.

Still seeing this issue with v0.16.0 on Arch Linux (installed from AUR)
