m3u files not working in Macos Venture

Tried playing m3u file (TataPlay from India) Not working

It is also not working for me on Ventura. I downloaded this file: "IPTVnator-0.13.0-universal.dmg"

I saw this error when I closed the app for the first time.

Have you tried version 14, does the issue still exist?

I tried version 14 today, none of the channels are working
