EPG never available

Describe the bug Using IPTVnator v.0.13.0 on Windows & Linux, and legally free playlists like https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv and https://github.com/Free-TV/IPTV

1. with no additional EPG source added by me, I get a "Fetching EPG data" message that never goes away unless I click "Close". (I've tried waiting but even after half an hour, still the Fetching message) And no EPG button, and hence no EPG.
2. with various EPG sources added (e.g. from https://github.com/iptv-org/epg , even though IPTV-org's playlists apparently already come with EPG embedded), I get the message that the EPG data has successfully downloaded but all I get when trying to view EPG is either "Oops, EPG is not available for this channel" or "Oops, EPG not available for selected date".

Additional context I did manage to get EPG for a few channels (via added EPG sources from https://github.com/iptv-org/epg ) when using IPTVnator 0.11 but that stopped working after it updated to a newer version.

Am I doing it wrong? Wrong format or something? Are there EPG links that actually work with IPTVnator? And if so, can anyone provide them?
