On-screen EPG not appearing during some portion of each 24 hour day.

The on-screen EPG always displays correctly for half of the day, and then does not display during the second half of the day. I'm in the Pacific time zone. For me, it works until late afternoon. Then not working from evening until late at night. I'm guessing there is a bug in the code that interferes with 1/2 (or some portion) of each 24hour day.

The rest of the EPG is fine. This bug is specific to the on-screen display (i.e. overlay at the bottom of the screen). Example of it displaying correctly is show below:
