Support for mpga audio

IPTVnator won't play the audio if the stream has MPEG audio (mpga). Some examples: http://69.164.224.53/INSP/index.m3u8 http://51.38.180.145:50000/BBC_Earth/index.m3u8 http://51.38.180.145:50000/History_Channel/index.m3u8 image Audio plays fine using an HLS browser extension as well as with VLC.
