Updated expo to sdk ver 49 & fixed the issue with Android

Updates expo sdk to v 49.0 Fixes the bug for Android where onPress event was not triggering due to container element's position being absolute. Needed the zIndex value to be increased. Slight adjustment was needed on Hill placement.
