Snapshots are not being published

We successfully publish releases but there is an error with the snapshot publish process

It seems Gradle Plugin Portal is not designed for SNAPSHOT versions, just RELEASE versions. We tried to use it for SNAPSHOT versions with a specific format of numbers, however, it was a mess :sweat_smile:
