The stream into homekit is with a bad resolution and with a big delay...

I tried many configurations into my motioneye camera inside raspberry pi, but the only configuration that has a good performance in terms of delay is with frame rate of 5fps and resolution of 640x480. What is terrible.

Am I doing something wrong?

What kind of Raspberry you have? Is it 2nd edition or the 3rd one? Can you check the quality of the video stream manually? Eg. when you issue ffmpeg command from CLI.

3rd Gen, Im using a low quality now like 25% with 640x480... still slow but better
