When connecting to additional host via cockpit, smb shares are only made on ws host
Bug Info
Describe the bug Tested on fedora 42, 43, EL 9, 10, Debian 12
Multi hosting with cockpit via ssh, primary ws instance then connect to others top left host switcher. Trying to create a share on any secondary host actually creates the share on the main host. During share creation, the path validator also only looks at the main host and not the current host. The share entry appears in the file sharing page on all hosts. Share is never actually created.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to top left cockit, add host then connect
- Click on file sharing tab
- Attempt to create a smb share
- See error
Expected behavior smb share is created on the current host
