Charts and Downloads Are Not Accessible When IO Depth is Set Greater Than One

Open larz99 opened this issue 10 months ago • 3 comments

Running under Proxmox-ve: 8.2.0 (running kernel: 6.5.13-5-pve) Fio 3.33 Cockpit 287.1-0+deb12u2 Cockpit-Benchmark 2.1.0-2focal also running other Cockpit modules from 45Drives.

Benchmarks with IO Depth greater than 1 are run, but no data is plotted in the chart panel and no file is offered by the Download Report button. I see the Fio process running and the "FIO-Benchmark.0.0" file created as expected. The file is cleaned up when the testing process in completed. I can manually run Fio with IO Depth greater than one:

fio --name=read_iops --size=10G
--time_based --runtime=60s --ramp_time=2s --ioengine=libaio --direct=1
--verify=0 --bs=4K --iodepth=256 --rw=randread --group_reporting=1
--iodepth_batch_submit=256 --iodepth_batch_complete_max=256

All Benchmark Types, File Sizes, Run Times, function as expected when IO Depth is set to one: image

When IO Depth is set to 2 or greater, the Chart Panel is empty and the Download Report button yields no file: image
