Problem with xmpp bridge

We have a delta.chat mailing list with bridges to irc, xmpp, matrix and telegram, everything works very well except the bridge to xmpp that often gets "isolated" from the other services and you need to reboot the bridge to fix the problem. I don't personally host the bridge but I have been told by the host that there are no error messages however just rebooting the bridge is enough to fix it, which however is a bit of an obnoxious thing since it is a problem that occurs quite frequently.
