feat: use go-sprout/sprout project for functions and remap to github url

Describe the pull request

With my project go-sprout almost ready to be in v1.0, webhooked seams to be the perfgect place to start implement it. Also with more experience a vanity url are more panful than github url so I move back package to github url.
