cicd(latex): resources as a submodule

Description

The directory resources is used in each pedagogic subject in 42AI account. When there is changes applied to it we might forget to add them everywhere, thus creating futur problems.

I then advise the creation of a new repository dedicated to our ressources, which should be included to the other projects as a submodule
