Support images and videos in reports

recently one of my old report got invalid because lack of poc , which accidentally deleted myself a month ago

So add an option on the disclosure page to attach pocs when submitting, which also saves some time

No idea why it's on low important , Poc's always have more important on reports , If you are lazy to store files then you should definitely try imgur.com for example , in my case every report contains a gif or a image and always I use Imgur to upload them and later add it on report but it's taking some time , what's your thoughts here?

Hey @b1nslashsh, it's currently low as there are more pressing priorities, and the currently workaround is to use imgur and then to embed it, as you suggested
