Create a chapter of documentation about Routing

We need to describe how routing works:

  • how to setup two applications on different routes;
  • how to open different widgets depending on the route (navigation).
  • how to serve static.

up :) but your doc cleanup in the PR is already useful, encouragements to merge (and write a little something about routing).
