This PR includes updating the API from v2 to v3.

with the help of@mariogolden the api for cryptoscamdb.org/scams is also updated

I know it's kind of deprecated and I see most things coming to Metamask. For non metamask users I think it's still a cool extension.

There's an error thrown in the manifest (your js/service-worker.js is not defined).
