Installed Leger on new computer...all ETH gone

I bought a new computer…. I installed Ledger Live Download from their website… I was asked if I wanted to restore wallet with passphrase and I did… I went to Ledger Live Account and synchronized my Ledger Nano S… I only had 0.003761 ETH in my Ethereum account I also had 0 LRC and IMX in their accounts.. I looked further down on the ETH transactions and noticed that the last ETH TXN was…

I have done some research and saw that there is a way to use third-party apps (via DAPPs) to retrieve your ETH assets. Like if you accidentally sent your ETH to the wrong address…. I was looking for some guidance/instructions on how to connect to the blockchain and retrieve my ETH Could you possibly offer any suggestions/recommendations? I am very nervous, because that is a lot of assets to me and the reason I had them on my Ledger Nano S cold wallet for security…. Any help would be much appreciated..
