More functionality to help detect Twitter imposters

EAL currently has Twitter badges to indicate if an account should be trusted (to a degree) or not - very similar to Twitter Verification functionality - but it could be gamed like Twitter Verification (context: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-46097853)

Thinking of adding functionality to auto-flag accounts with a red border/highlight that have the same display name (characters normalised and strings trimmed) as popular accounts such as "Elon Musk", "Vitalik Buterin", etc.
