应用场景，一般一个单位的资源有限，需要怎样调度资源是非常考验人的事情。原因是信息不透明，比如车队，所有人用车都要电话问队长……队长有时候还要问具体司机…… 队长还要计算一下，需求的人，他从哪里去哪里，用哪部车最划算…… 即使你建一个群，也解决不了问题，信息会被淹没掉…… 最最简单的就是搞个公告板。谁最先预定就把行程列上，其他人看到就不要去找了。 还有会议室也是这样，一个会议室还好办，4个会议室，就没法调度了…… 这个小程序就是一个日历，点击日期，添加公告……可以添加当天，或者今天以后的，今天之前的，就不允许修改了。对于今天及以后的，点击出现公告，还可以修改，这符合使用要求，司机随时可以根据具体情况修改安排，这个就类似于一个黑板，粉笔写上，任何人可以擦除再更新…… 好久没写代码了，服务端照样是engineercms，花了一个晚上和一个上午，代码长久不写，会生疏的。
