Remove dockerfile.patch that is broken

The deleted file is broken, as it points to a non-existing route of the Ruby file patch.

My guess is that it was added in https://github.com/3scale/3scale-amp-openshift-templates/pull/58 accidentally, looks like it's related to https://github.com/3scale/3scale-amp-openshift-templates/pull/54.
