Add some more sensible defaults for thread count when GPU acceleration is enabled... (Based off vmem...)

As it stands, the default will for BIP39 will simply spawn as many threads as you have logical CPUs, this works fine for standard quad or hex core CPUs, but breaks when someone has 20+ logical cores unless they have a massive amount of vmem or multiple GPUs...
