Chart changes cause glitches if you make changes and then change the layout

At least 2 examples

  1. adding a title
  2. changing the chart limits

Steps to reproduce

  • set layout to Image | Chart
  • add a title
  • change layout to Pixel Perfect Image | Chart
  • remove the title

it is still there

  • go back to Image | Chart

now it is gone
