[Bug]: changing a layer name in QGIS project resets the "popup", "link" and "cache"/map options configs

What is the bug?

If you have the popup config checked and/or the link filled, then changing the layer name in qgis project causes both configs to be wiped out.

Versions

Latest of QGIS LTR desktop and server, latest of LMWC, LM plugin and LM server plugin.

Check Lizmap plugin

• [X] I have done the step just before in the Lizmap QGIS desktop plugin before opening this ticket. Otherwise, my ticket is not considered valid and might get closed.

It also affects the cache/map options configs.

If affect all settings in this panel. It's because of the way these settings in this particular panel are stored in the CFG file.
