This seems to be old and already fixed external bug, thus closing.

This tutorial is ONLY for version < 0.85, and ES running on linux subsystem for WIN.

I am closing this, since the problem does not seem to exist on Ubuntu 22.04+ and Python3.8 and 3.10 (tested).

I think this bug is not happening any more, with the new python3.10+ and newest numpy version. Closing.
