Chat Widget - Timestamp (PC's Local Time)

Can we have a timestamp in chat widget please? It is not possible to do with CSS alone (to put in OBS), need to modify Java Script and Mappings. That means each new release will erase User's customization. But if timestamp will be there by default, we could use custom CSS to disable it, or keep it.
