Thanks for the information. Apparently, according to this check, two files libwinpthread-1.dll and CefWebEngine.exe are potentially unsafe. However, this does not mean that these files are definitely infected with a trojan. This may simply be a false positive by the antivirus, which is what VirusTotal actually reports: About the file libwinpthread-1.dll:

falsepositives: - Many legitimate applications leverage this DLL. (Visual Studio, JetBrains, Ruby, Anaconda, GithubDesktop, etc.) level: medium

About the file CefWebEngine.exe:

falsepositives: - Other legitimate processes loading those DLLs in your environment.

However, thank you for reporting this. If possible, I will try to get rid of these files so as not to cause unnecessary concern to users.
