Include HELIOS++ in CloudCompare

To get better accessibility, we could include HELIOS++ in CC - where you define the legs, and the scene, and also an xml file (for sensor settings). This xml file could be created though a website (e.g. a wizard). The website should be in line with the version of HELIOS++, so e.g. using a static HTML page + javascript to be shipped with HELIOS++ may be an option.
