followed instructions, getting several errors in Angular App

I followed the installation instructions, and I get a black box on my screen with javascript errors saying things like wasm streaming compile failed: TypeError: Failed to execute 'compile' on 'WebAssembly': HTTP status code is not ok and failed to asynchronously prepare wasm: CompileError: WebAssembly.instantiate(): expected magic word 00 61 73 6d, found 3c 21 44 4f @+0 quick searches online don't reveal any way to fix these. what would you recommend as the best way to get this working?
