Add Dice Rolling and Collision sound

Have a "shaking dice in a cup" sound that plays right before the dice appear. Also add dice collision sounds to hear them clink together when rolling around. Maybe have it be configurable to turn on or off as well as use your own sounds.

Better would just be to have events when dice collide and dice hit the table so you can wire in your own sounds to these triggers.
