Wine issues

I am getting issues with installing wine. As well as this error when I build my .exe file.

'it looks like wine32 is missing, you should install it. as root, please execute "apt-get install wine32:i386" wine: failed to open "/root/.wine/drive_c/users/root/AppData/Local/Programs/Python/Python38-32/Scripts/pyinstaller.exe": c0000135'
