Change careers landing page height

Currently at https://3box.io/careers the vertical space on the landing makes it less likely to see at a glance that jobs are listed below. If we reduce to the same spacing we use on the https://3box.io/products/ page instead of the other pages it'll be more obvious.

Shouldn’t take any time at all just a matter of matching the same page layout as on other pages
