[Android][MetaMask] Can't upload profile photo (or header image)

Describe the bug As a user on their edit profile page, when I try to upload an image (upload photo, or upload header image) no upload dialog appears, so I cannot change my image.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the MetaMask Android Alpha app
2. Go to Edit Profile on 3box.io when signed in
3. Click on Upload Photo icon or Edit (hero image) text dialog
4. Expect a Photo chooser dialog
5. No UI response

Expected behavior Since this is a file upload dialog, I would expect the OS' native photo chooser to select the image
