Creation of Glossary for cross-/single-language references

Hello. Does this project have glossary and memory for translation? As we have an enourmous treasure of the assets, it would be helpfulto have glossary to identify the terms and commonly used expressions more efficiently and to provide the most probably correct translation for the expression.
