Fix "gpt (chinese)" incorrect SRT timestamp format

Corrected the timestamp format in subtitle file to be compatible with standard SRT format. Properly fixed timestamps that were malformed, e.g. 00:01:04,239.99999999999272 is now 00:01:04,240.
