Ikea vindriktning, question..

Hi! I wanted to test the sensor too by following your guide!! I find the temperature and humidity parameters very wrong, but I think it is because there are too many devices inside the module... Do you think it would be possible to turn off the original fan on command? actually at night you can hear a lot

You can compensate both the Temperature and Humidity by using "filters:" in your ESPHome code.

As for the Fan noise, I can barely hear mine... maybe a faulty unit?

  • You can, of course, take control of the fan yourself.

the gap is really different, even correcting -- in my opinion I would have a wrong reading. example now temp 23.7 humi 51.5% ikea temp 28.5 humi 25.8% But without stress, the next ones I do without a temp/humidity sensor*

I've already made 2, both the same noise.... I'll try to get another one! Could you tell me how I can take control of the fan?
