[FEATURE] Motion predict setting for autoweb & cobweb setting for offhand + make spanish mode in freecam not dismount donkey

i had another idea just now but i forgor bruh anyways this is helpfull for stairs as people go down fast autoweb just keeps spamming and when webs have already been placed they go down avoiding it

that was the case for strict

OH i remember the other idea now, add a setting for offhand "WebIfNoTotem" hella usefull for stairs too webbing manually is 10x better than autoweb and has no impact on crystal aura for strict

Also make freecam not dismount from donkey on "spanish" mode
