Collapsed Nav Bar on narrow screen shows only icons

Description When navbar is collapsed on narrow window and then opened, it looks odd:

Reproduce:

1. Collapse nav bar
2. Resize browser window too smallest width
3. Click on burger menu

Expected: Menu names displayed (= behavior if navbar is not collapsed)

Set to priority:2-low as this doesn’t usually happen on actual mobile devices. It only happens when toggling the navbar and then resizing the screen. That’s not possible on most mobile devices
