You have to move your mods over to this path Android/data/com.zane.stardewvalley/files/Mods

I really don't know how to help you maybe it's a problem with Android 13 because mine works just fine (I'm using android 11)

I remember this issue was caused by spacecore, are you using the latest version?

Mods that edit the game's save file (spacecore for example) can break your game if your remove them.

That's why i always keep a backup before adding new mods, Try adding back all the mods your were using before having this issue
