Maintainer wanted

This crate needs some major fixes around nested enums and ~~support for human-readable flag~~, but I don't have time to implement them.

I can keep the lights on and merge pull requests and make releases, but I'm not planning to write new code in this crate.

Serde option. This was actually fixed in https://github.com/3Hren/msgpack-rust/pull/257

Hi @kornelski, I'm packaging the rmp and rmp-serde crates on Debian, and want to know a little more about the current status of this project, to meet the copyright requirements. Specifically, since you are basically the effective maintainer since 2019, can you be considered a copyright holder?
