Hello, Thanks for the report! I checked this for both projects, yes, this is a bug.

You can temporarily try with vsSolutionBuildEvent 1.16+

FIXED: UI layout for high DPI options.

until fix vsCommandEvent. I'm not sure when I'll have time to do it because of ... many things; today I'm trying to do something according to given priorities as I can, follow the news; But you, or someone else, can try to apply my patch also here before me.
