ability to select crosswalks and other stencils

using streetmix I can generate streets that include stencils such as arrows, solid lines, continental crosswalks, etc., but I cannot instantiate them using the 3dstreet tools.

this does not work in a very strange way, almost like a-frame mixin not working as expected. need some help from vincent :(
