Add in-app tutorial for new users

As a new user to 3DStreet, I would like instructions on how to create a deliverable I can share with others.

The key milestones covered in the tutorial would be:

• Adding a street (if not importing from Streetmix)
• Choosing a geolocation
• Placing object from Add Layer panel
• Moving objects
• Taking a screenshot
• Creating an AI render

Considerations:

• Treat the login and username creation step as a milestone accomplishment
• Consider having a checklist of all the actions they can take instead of a forced order
• Consider an animation for completion of a checklist item
• Consider having in-app instructions or video linked next to a checklist item for users who would like more assistance
