managed-intersection component to fix orientation of intersection to 0 0 0 = correct orientation

right now, as a user or agent modifying the orientation of an intersection, the rotation values of "-90 -90 0" make further editing very difficult

instead, a new component "managed-intersection" has the same functionality as "intersection" component except it will instantiate at rotation value of "0 0 0" and be oriented as expected
