script not found tool directory in sigma

When I clone the signa repository it does not bring the tool directory

/root/.local/share/virtualenvs/sigma-mMCa_wro/bin/python: can't open file '/home/vagrant/sigma/tools/sigmac': [Errno 2] No such file or directory
