leave room for comment field

Sometimes we may want to add some comment to the source code of the keyboard layout files (some formats, such as klc and pkl, allow it), but they cannot be generated from the json source file. This is a request for an improvement, in the form of a comment field that may be added precisely as a comment into the generated keyboard layouts.
