Can't upload ics files - 400 Error

Specs:

Pop! OS 21.10 Radicale DecSync 2.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download Nextcloud calendar data as .ics file.
2. Install Radicale and Decsync following this repository's ReadMe.
3. Launch localhost:5232
4. Click "Upload address book or calendar"
5. Select calendar from step 1.
6. Receive 400 Error "Bad Request".
7. From terminal: "Bad PUT request..... Uploading a whole collection is currently not supported with the DecSync plugin"

Temporary Workaround:

Add the calendar on Android using Decsync CC, and sync with computer running Radicale-Decsync.
