Error: Insufficient access to the DecSync directory

While I was asleep DecSync CC had generated this notification: Insufficient access to the DecSync directory

I've seen this before but I can't remember the circumstances. Overall, this error shows up rarely. The directory is in an external sdcard and this and other apps access it without problems. I also reported #63 in case it's related.

DecSyncCC 2 (but it happened with 1.6.2 too), Android 7

Thanks for the report, but unfortunately I don't really know what the problem could be. As it occurs only rarely it makes it very difficult to debug.
