The Node version needs to be updated in order to support Undici v7 and upwards. Is that anything you have a timeframe for?

@axelfran Because Node.js v18 is still within LTS, we would like to continue Node.js v18 support for this library. It will be supported after 2025-04-30, the end of life for Node.js v18.

If there are any inconveniences caused by not supporting undici v7, please let us know so we can consider how to support it.
